Hi Forum! I thought I would come here to see if the community created here has a different perspective than the L. I am happy that the Peace, Justice, Community Committee report is sparking conversation on the L, I think continued conversation is helpful in conflict resolution and feels better than silence or speaking in the shadows. However, I am disappointed by the conversation, which feels like silo hearing its own echo. There is a lot of language like AVP is about personal transformation and therefore cant be about anti-racism or that the report is saying folks dont try hard enough already and we cant possibly be perfect. I read these posts and I get frustrated! looking for ways yall stay connected with AVP even when you feel burried by the lack of curiosity, appreciation and community. Mindful Mital
